The National Pits Straight grandstand is one of the largest on the circuit and offers magnificent views of the exit from the fast right-hander Woodcote and the thrilling acceleration down the straight towards Copse. The cars' aerodynamics allow them to navigate the Woodcote section at high speed before accelerating down the straight in front of you. From this vantage point, you can also witness many crashes or skids, especially on rainy days, when cars leave the track and end up in the gravel.
